PLEASE READ THE MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION AS A VOUCHERING CLUB MEMBER. YOUR REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM ARE GOVERNED BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THIS IS A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND VOUCHERSHOPPING.COM.SG

  1. The vouchers issued are not redeemable for cash and use of the vouchers will be subjected to terms and conditions of Participating Merchants. Vouchershopping.com.sg is not a supplier of the products or services offered and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.

  2. Vochershopping.com.sg reserves the right to vary, delete or add to these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion and without prior notice.

  3. Vouchershopping.com.sg reserves the right to make any changes to the promotion or replace the vouchers with another one of similar value without any prior notice.

  4. Vochershopping.com.sg reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, and to suspend, reject or terminate the free membership without prior notice at any time.

  5. Vouchershopping.com.sg makes no guarantee regarding the timing or availability of Offers from the participating merchants.

  6. Visitors to the Site who use the vouchershopping offers agree to register with vouchershopping.com.sg and provide certain information including, without limitation, their name, email address, postal address, contacts and data related to their consumer and shopping habits. From time to time, such users may have the opportunity to participate in surveys or receive email related to products, shopping habits, or other related topics. Vouchershopping.com.sg shall own all right, title, and interest in and to the data it obtains through the Program unless it has otherwise agreed to share or otherwise provide such data to its Merchants.

  7. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold vouchershopping.com.sg, its merchants, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties (e.g. relevant advertisers, syndication partners, licensors, licensees, consultants and contractors) (collectively “Indemnified Person(s)”) harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liability, loss, and expense (including damage awards, settlement amounts, and reasonable legal fees), brought against any Indemnified Person(s), arising out of, related to, or which may arise from Your use of the Program, the Site(s), and/or Your breach or alleged breach of any term of this Agreement.

  8. VOUCHERSHOPPING.COM.SG MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT VOUCHERSHOPPING.COM.SG MAY NOT, AS A MATTER OF APPLICABLE LAW, DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY, THE SCOPE AND DURATION OF SUCH WARRANTY SHALL BE THE MINIMUM PERMITTED UNDER SUCH LAW.

  9. In case of any dispute with the customer, the decision of Vochershopping.com.sg shall be final.
